The pulverizer is composed of main machine, analyzer, blower, finished cyclone separator, pipeline device, motor, etc. The main machine is composed of a frame, an air inlet volute, a blade, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a housing and a motor. Auxiliary equipment includes jaw crusher, dustpan elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, electric control cabinet, etc. users can flexibly choose according to the site conditions.

working principle

After the materials are crushed to the required particle size, the elevator will send the materials to the storage hopper, and then the materials will be evenly and continuously sent to the grinding room of Raymond mill host through the vibrating feeder. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly on the grinding ring, and the shovel picks up the materials and sends them between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing due to the rolling of the grinding roller. The fine powder after material grinding is brought into the analyzer for sorting with the circulating air of the blower. The fine and coarse materials fall back to the regrinding. The qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector of the finished product with the air flow and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe, which is the finished product. In Raymond grinding room, because there is certain moisture in the ground material, heat is generated during grinding, water vapor evaporation, and the pipeline interfaces of the whole machine are not tight, the external gas is sucked in, which increases the circulating air pressure to ensure that the mill works under negative pressure. The increased air flow is discharged into the dust collector through the residual air pipe, and then discharged into the atmosphere after purification.
